The Director of Imaging Services has primary responsibility for leading, controlling, planning, organizing, and evaluating the delivery of the operations of multiple campuses. The Director will act as a role model, has accountability for each departmental budget and position control. The director will collaborate with key departments to meet organizational and departmental goals. Works directly with multiple campus dyads and system director of imaging services to optimize performance including volume, efficiency, quality and safety, and patient experience. Has 24-hour, 7 days a week accountability to their assigned hospital campuses. Assumes other roles and responsibilities as directed by the System Director of Imaging Services. This Director will be leading a team of 250 FTE’s, 2 direct reports, with one lead over each modality, reporting to the system director, in both hospital locations. The overall size and scope are 900 beds with combined departments completing roughly 30,000 procedures a month.
